A flat monthly subscription based on how many listings you run, plus a transparent pay-per-lead fee. No commission, no lock-in — for agents and private sellers alike. Every plan includes a free listings feed.

Pay once per buyer, not per enquiry. When a buyer contacts you through prop24-7.com, you're billed once. For the next 90 days every further enquiry from that buyer, on any of your listings, comes to you free.

Agencies that host their website on prop24-7.com get their social media posting managed for them at no extra cost. We post listing content to your channels straight from your active listings, so your socials stay current without lifting a finger.

Fair-use cap

Social posting is included up to a set number of posts and reels per listing. The exact allowance per plan is to be confirmed ahead of launch.

Every agency gets a free listings feed: a JSON API and an embeddable widget that display your prop24-7.com listings on your own site. A “Powered by prop24-7.com” backlink is required. We also import listings from your existing agency feed, so your agents never retype a listing.
